  • We have developed a Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe that has become our most popular filling - A silky smooth buttercream with just the right amount of sweetness. If you are looking for a richer alternative, taste our range of Chocolate Ganache.

  • You can also add additional fillings to our Swiss Meringue Buttercream eg lemon curd, passion fruit curd, fruit coulis, apple pie, Nutella, salted caramel, and more!

  • Due to local council regulations, we are unable to make any fillings that use fresh whipped cream, or any other similar fillings including cream cheese, custards, and mousse. We can discuss alternatives that do not require constant refrigeration.
